CDL Roll-Off Truck Driver — Home Every Night, $22–$25/hr

Our company, a locally owned and growing dumpster rental company in Bellefonte, PA, needs a reliable CDL driver to run one of its roll-off trucks. You'll handle deliveries, swaps and pickups for residential, commercial and construction customers throughout the service area, and you'll be home every night.

Pay

• $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

• Performance-based bonuses

• Overtime available

• Expected hours: 50-72 per week

Schedule

• Five-day workweek with optional Saturday shifts

• Days begin at 6:30 AM; total hours shift with workload and scheduled stops

• Local routes only, so you return home each night

What you'll haul

• Roll-off dumpsters delivered, swapped and picked up at homes, job sites and businesses

• Dump-and-return runs along with standard swaps

• Loading, unloading and properly securing containers for transport

Equipment

• All trucks are brand new, and you'll get to pick which one you drive

• You're expected to keep your truck clean inside and out, wash it weekly, and run daily pre- and post-trip checks

• Report any damage or mechanical issues right away so equipment stays in top shape

Requirements

• Valid CDL

• Clean driving record

• Minimum age 25

• Must pass a drug screen

• Able to safely handle a commercial vehicle and work independently for the day

• Solid communication and customer-service skills, since you'll coordinate with the office and interact directly with customers

• Roll-off experience is a plus, but other commercial driving backgrounds will be considered

• Punctual and dependable attendance expected
