Our company in Atlanta, GA needs a dependable CDL driver to run a hotshot truck and gooseneck trailer, hauling freight, equipment and materials on time and in line with DOT rules.

Pay

• $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per week

• Rate reflects your experience and the specific loads you haul

What you'll haul

• Freight, equipment, materials and other loads on a hotshot truck with a gooseneck trailer

• Mix of regional and long-distance runs, with freight availability varying by week

What you'll do

• Inspect and secure each load before you hit the road

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks on the truck and trailer

• Keep delivery paperwork, logs and load records accurate

• Stay compliant with DOT rules and company safety standards

• Keep the equipment in safe, good working condition

• Stay in professional contact with dispatchers, customers and brokers

Requirements

• Valid CDL matching the vehicle and operation

• Clean, acceptable motor vehicle record

• Able to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening

• Solid grasp of load securement and DOT safety rules

• Reliable, on time and professional on the job

• Hotshot, flatbed or general freight-hauling background preferred

• Willing to travel regionally or over the road as needed
