CDL Dump Truck Driver — $1,500–$1,900/wk

Our company needs an experienced dump truck driver for a long-term infrastructure project in Richmond, VA, expected to run at least 9 months. Shifts run 5:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible extra weekend days depending on weather and workload.

Pay

• $1,500.00 - $1,900.00 per week

• Overtime may be available

What you'll haul

• Materials moved between loading and unloading points on an active jobsite

• Multiple short trips throughout each shift

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B

• At least 1 year of dump truck experience

• Comfortable with jobsite safety rules and wearing provided safety gear (vest, hard hat)

• Must complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections each shift

• Reliable attendance and ability to follow site instructions

• Must pass a drug screen

• Triaxle experience and prior large construction/infrastructure project work are a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick up your assigned truck before each shift

• Operate the dump truck safely on the project site

• Keep the truck bed clean and equipment in good working order

• Report any equipment or safety issues right away

• Follow DOT, company and site safety rules

• Take direction from site supervisors on daily tasks
