CDL Driver — $23.42–$28.21/hr

This role keeps freight moving on both local and long-distance runs, with the truck and trailer type depending on the load assignment. You could end up behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer, a refrigerated unit, a flatbed, or a tanker.

What you'll do

• Complete pickups and deliveries according to planned routes and instructions

• Check your vehicle and cargo before, during, and after each trip, flagging any safety or equipment concerns

• Handle loading, unloading, and securing freight by hand when required

• Stay compliant with DOT, FMCSA, and any hazardous materials rules that apply to your load

• Keep accurate records of trips, deliveries, and cargo, and use GPS to navigate and report schedule changes

Requirements

• A valid commercial license matching the vehicle you're assigned

• A clean driving history and the physical ability to handle freight manually

• Familiarity with loading, unloading, and manual transmission trucks where applicable

• Experience with refrigerated units, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, or tankers is a plus, and hazmat endorsement may be needed for certain loads

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $23.42 to $28.21, with expected weekly hours between 22 and 33.
