CDL-B Truck Driver — Home Daily, $25.50/hr

Our company needs a CDL-B driver in Houston, TX for a heavy-touch, home-daily route hauling medical supplies around the surrounding areas. You'll drive a straight truck and handle freight using a pallet jack and stair walkers.

Pay

• $25.50 per hour, paid weekly

• Expect 45-50 hours per week

• Paid training included

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM

• Home every day

What you'll haul

• Medical supplies requiring heavy touch handling

• Loading and unloading is part of the job

• Trucks are straight trucks, 36 months old or newer, with 24/7 roadside support and fueling available at over 800 locations nationwide

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid CDL with the right endorsements for this role

• Tractor trailer or comparable vehicle experience: 9 months in the last 3 years, OR 2 years in the last 5 years, OR 5 years in the last 10 years

• Must pass a drug test, background check, motor vehicle record check, DOT physical and road test

• Comfortable working with customers and patients

• TWIC card is preferred but not required; our company will reimburse the cost if you get one

• Able to follow instructions and apply relevant rules and procedures on the job
