CDL-B Local Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $27–$32/hr

Our company needs a Class B CDL driver to run local box truck delivery routes out of Minneapolis, MN, getting electrical supplies to contractor customers and returning home every night.

Pay

• $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with the higher end going to drivers who bring more Class B delivery experience

• Hourly wages are paired with a short-term incentive bonus and the full benefits package below

• Exact pay depends on your experience, skills, and the local market

Schedule

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 6am to 3pm

• All deliveries are local, so you're back home each night

What you'll haul

• Electrical products such as wire, pipe, conduit, and boxes, moved from the warehouse to customer job sites in a box truck or straight truck

What the job involves

• Inspect your truck before and after each route

• Load up and deliver materials carefully to customers

• Unload at each stop and lend a hand getting items off the truck

• Follow safety rules on the road and at each stop

• Represent the company well through friendly, reliable customer service

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Able to get in and out of the truck and handle driving duties

• Able to lift packages up to 85 pounds

• Able to pass and stay current on a DOT physical (done through their physician network)

• Comfortable with basic math (adding and subtracting) and basic English communication

• Open to learning new equipment, with training provided

• Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
