CDL-B Local Delivery Driver — $30/hr Plus Quarterly Bonus

Our company needs a CDL-certified driver to run local cooking oil delivery routes out of its Tualatin, OR depot, using an automatic straight truck in the 12,000-20,000 lb. GVW range. There's no freight handling involved; you'll be connecting hoses to customer tanks and keeping kitchens stocked.

Pay

• $30.00 per hour, with shift differential potentially applying

• Quarterly bonus opportunity worth up to $5,200 per year

• Base pay can grow through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts weekly, Wednesday through Saturday, starting at 3:00 P.M.

• Routes stay local

What you'll haul

• Bulk cooking oil delivered to commercial kitchen customers

• No freight to load or move

What the job involves

• Hooking up truck hoses to customer oil tanks for loading and unloading

• Logging routes, invoices, and compliance info through a company-provided iPhone app

• Keeping an eye on tank levels so customers never run out

• Interacting with customers professionally to meet their service needs

• Following DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical work like climbing and bending

• Strong commitment to safety

• Preferred: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CDL driving experience, bilingual ability, and basic hand-tool/troubleshooting skills

Driving record expectations

• Minimal moving violations or PSP report issues over the past 36 months

• No instances of driving over 100 mph in the past 5 years

• Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug screen (any positive result, including THC, disqualifies you even where legal locally) and is subject to random DOT drug and alcohol testing after hire
