About this job
Our company is hiring a local delivery driver who will be home every night, splitting time between warehouse work and making customer deliveries using a moffett forklift.
Home time
- Shifts generally run from around 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with little to no weekend work, though hours can vary by branch.
- You'll be home every night.
What you'll haul
- You'll deliver building products to job sites and interact directly with customers and crews.
- Work also includes warehouse duties such as keeping the space organized, along with occasional cycle counts, inventory, or inside sales support.
Requirements
- CDL B or CDL A license, with no E Restriction and the ability to drive manual transmission.
- A clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
- Comfort operating a moffett forklift; forklift certification and piggyback truck experience are a plus.
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with building products is helpful but not required.
