CDL-B Delivery Driver — Home Daily, Average $72,753/yr

Drive a dedicated multi-stop route delivering parts and supplies to auto dealerships, with home time every day. This full-time Class B role runs Monday through Friday with third-shift dispatch.

Pay

Home time and schedule

• Home daily

• Monday through Friday, dispatched on third shift

• Runs a set route with 5 stops and 1 transfer

What you'll haul

• Multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships

• Unloading done by hand using pallet jacks, hand trucks and rolling cages

• Scanning items as they come off the trailer

Equipment

• Late-model trucks maintained by Penske

• Trucks built with driver comfort and safety in mind

• Cameras facing both in and out of the cab for added safety

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement; must live in the U.S. and hold a license in your state of residence

• Current or obtainable non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of documented commercial driving experience within the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency, as required under 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and complete a Penske employment application

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and to get in and out of the truck and cargo area safely
