CDL-B Combo Truck Operator — $30–35/hr + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company needs a Combo Operator to run a Combo/Jet-Vac truck at a worksite in Morrow, GA. You'll use high-pressure water and vacuum equipment to clean underground pipes, vaults and tanks, while keeping the job site safe and traffic properly controlled.

Pay

• $30 to $35 per hour based on experience

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid weekly

What you'll do

• Drive and run the Combo/Jet-Vac truck to and around job sites, cleaning sanitary and storm systems

• Clean small and large diameter pipes, vaults and tanks to meet client specs

• Handle daily DOT vehicle checks, fuel logs and required paperwork

• Work independently on all mechanical functions of the truck, and coordinate with the CCTV Operator on shared projects

• Set up cones, signs and other traffic control to keep work zones safe

• Help arrange routine maintenance and repairs for the vehicle, and troubleshoot equipment issues with basic hand tools

• Deal directly and professionally with the public, municipalities and utility clients

• Work outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold and storms

• Travel to job sites, including out-of-state locations, as business needs require

Requirements

• Valid CDL-B (Combo truck experience preferred)

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Current DOT physical and ability to get and keep a Medical Examiner's Certificate (within 90 days of hire)

• Willing to work 50+ hours a week, including some nights and weekends

• Able to walk varied terrain, work in confined spaces (with proper certification), and bend, squat and lift up to 75 pounds

• Reliable transportation

• Willing to travel for 2 to 3 week stretches, potentially up to 80% of the time depending on project locations

• Must complete Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, and Tdap vaccinations within 30 days of hire, or show proof they're already done
