CDL-A Vacuum Truck Driver

Our company in Pecos, TX is looking for a full-time CDL-A driver to run a vacuum truck. You'll handle the equipment that pumps sludge and liquids into the tank and keep the suction system running properly.

What you'll do

• Run the vacuum truck and handle loading and unloading of material, both at the facility and at outside job sites when needed

• Keep the suction and pump systems working correctly

• Fill out field paperwork accurately and follow DOT, safety and environmental rules

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and a current medical card

• Able to read and write English well enough to talk with customers and supervisors

• Must pass pre-employment screening and other job-related checks

• Able to prove you're legally eligible to work in the US

• Physically able to stand, walk, use your hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly

• Good close, distance and color vision

• Comfortable working in wet, humid, hot or cold conditions, and around moving machinery, fumes, chemicals, dust and loud noise, using the right PPE
