About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in North Dakota for OTR, regional and local work. Home time and lanes can be set up around what works for you, and freight options range from home daily to being out a few days at a stretch.
Pay
- OTR runs pay by the mile, depending on experience, with a bonus mileage incentive. Mile rate is $0.55 - $0.70.
- Regional and local roles pay either a percentage of gross or an hourly rate.
- Paychecks go out weekly.
- A cash sign-on bonus pays out after 6 months, then another after a full year on the job.
What you'll haul
Reefer freight experience is a plus but not a must. Several freight types are available for regional and local runs.
Home time
You can live wherever you want. Routes and time at home are built around each driver's situation, from home every day to a few days out at a time.
Requirements
- CDL-A required
- Must pass a drug screen
- Clean driving record expected, but if yours isn't spotless, call to talk through your options
- A passport and the ability to cross into Canada is a plus
- Drivers with a criminal record are welcome to apply
