About this job
Our company, based in Tennessee with strong operations across the Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania tri-state area, is hiring CDL-A drivers for two different career paths. You can choose extended-distance OTR driving or a structured local frac sand hauling rotation, depending on what fits your life best.
What you'll haul
OTR drivers run extended-distance routes, traveling to different destinations and building experience and income over time. Local frac sand hauling positions run regional routes within the Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania tri-state area, hauling specialized frac sand loads.
Schedule and home time
OTR driving keeps you moving over longer distances without a fixed home-time pattern described here. The frac sand hauling path runs a three-weeks-on, one-week-off rotation, giving you a predictable stretch of time off to recharge between runs. Exact schedule and home-time arrangements are worked out during hiring.
Pay
Pay ranges from $500.00 to $6,000.00 per week. The company describes frac sand hauling as having strong earning potential, and OTR as offering competitive earning potential and room to grow your income. Specific compensation details are discussed when you apply.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Safe, professional driving habits
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Good communication with dispatch and management
- Follows DOT rules and the company's safety procedures
- Works well on a team and takes ownership of your truck and your performance
Some roles may call for additional qualifications.
