CDL-A Truck Driver — $2,000/Week, Amazon Trailers

Join a logistics team hauling tractor-trailer freight, including Amazon trailers, on assigned routes out of Providence, RI. You'll handle drop-and-hook loads and keep deliveries running on schedule in a safety-focused operation.

Pay

• Posting lists weekly pay as $1,300-$2,000 in one place and $2,000.00 per week in another; confirm exact pay with the employer.

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailers, including Amazon trailers

• Drop-and-hook freight

• Possible specialized loads such as refrigerated goods or hazardous materials, handled per proper securement procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely, following all traffic laws and regulations

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Keep accurate logs of hours, deliveries and vehicle maintenance

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers to coordinate schedules and resolve problems

• Secure loads properly, including any specialized freight

Requirements

• Valid CDL with endorsements matching the tractor-trailer you'll drive

• At least 2 years of experience, including route/delivery driving

• Able to operate manual transmission trucks and multiple truck types

• Familiar with commercial driving and freight-handling safety rules

• Organized with logs, schedules and paperwork

• Physically able to handle long hours on the road and heavy loads

Full-time position, in-person work.
