CDL-A Trainee Driver — Paid Mentorship, Then Your Own Truck

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers near Pascagoula, MS for OTR dry van runs. Both brand-new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers can apply, and once solo, you get your own assigned truck.

Getting started

• New CDL-A holders go through a 3 to 5 week mentorship (roughly 200 to 250 hands-on hours) with guaranteed weekly pay the whole time

• Orientation pays $300, and your transportation there is covered

• Experienced drivers who meet the requirements go straight into solo driving

Equipment

• You're assigned a 2024 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission

• The truck is yours alone, no slip seating, and you take it home on your days off

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, 100% no-touch, so you won't load or unload

Schedule

• 14 days on the road, followed by 2 full days home

Pay once solo

• Average weekly gross runs $1,400 to $1,600

• Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross

• Earnings depend on CPM, miles run, and performance

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Requirements

• New CDL-A holders need 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school plus completion of the company program

• Experienced drivers need at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving (mentor or trainer time doesn't count)

• Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card

• Clean driving and work history required

• Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check, and meet all other DOT and company standards
