CDL-A Team Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $0.75–$0.85/mi

Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers to run FedEx freight out of Dallas and Fort Worth, pulling doubles in 53' dry vans. Floater team positions are also open to cover dedicated runs as they come up. No doubles endorsement yet? They'll train you hands-on and help you get it before you hit the road.

Schedule and miles

Most teams head out Monday or Tuesday and stay in the network for 5-6 days, racking up roughly 4,000-7,000 miles a week. You'll be brought home once a week so the truck can be checked over and serviced, keeping downtime low and keeping you moving.

Pay

You'll earn $0.75 - $0.85 per mile, paid weekly as a W-2 employee. Expect three bonuses a year plus annual raises, and after your first year you'll get one week of paid vacation.

Equipment

Trucks are late-model, owner-operator spec'd, and under 600,000 miles. They come with refrigerators, upgraded mattresses, and heated and cooled leather seats. Support is available around the clock, 24 hours a day.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 1 year of driving experience within the last 3 years, or 3 years within the last 5 years

• Alternatively, 6 months of experience plus a completion certificate from a FedEx-approved driving school (tell them your school and they'll confirm if it qualifies)

• Must pass a background check
