About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers to run van trailers up to 53' or doubles between service centers and turn-points. Teams run 5 days on the road and get 2 days home every week, with average pay of $140k to $160k per driver.
Home time
- 5 days out, 2 days home, every week
What you'll haul
- Van trailers up to 53', or double trailers
- Runs between R+L service centers and/or turn-point locations
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 3 years
- Clean MVR and PSP report: no serious commercial violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Minimum age 23 (21 if you qualify under FMCSA's military-to-civilian CDL transition rules)
- Able to operate equipment safely at all times
- Able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
- Able to complete a road test successfully
- Able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
- Dependable
Preferred, but not required:
- Doubles/Triples, Tanker or Hazmat endorsements
- Hazmat hauling experience
- Experience pulling doubles
- LTL freight experience
