CDL-A Team Truck Driver — $0.85/mi OTR, Weekly Pay

Steelbridge Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A team drivers for nationwide OTR routes out of Pooler, GA. You'll run as a team in automatic Freightliner tractors, switching driving duties roughly every 10 hours to keep the truck moving around the clock.

Pay

• $0.85 per mile

• Paid every Friday

• Guaranteed OTR dispatch each week

Schedule and routes

• Over-the-road, unassigned route type, with regional OTR coverage

• Teams typically run 5,000-6,000 miles per week

• Both morning and evening dispatches are available, and schedules vary

• Your operations manager can walk you through dispatch timing during recruiting

What you'll drive

• Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions

• Terminal based at 135 Coleman Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322

What the job involves

• Operating a tractor-trailer safely across nationwide OTR lanes

• Coordinating driving shifts with your team partner to stay on schedule

• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keeping accurate logs

• Staying in touch with dispatch on delays, equipment issues or route changes

• Following all transportation and safety regulations along with company policy

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• Minimum age 21

• Clean driving record, with no felonies or misdemeanors

• Valid interstate medical card allowing you to drive nationwide

• Comfortable working as part of a two-person driving team

• Willing to travel nationwide on varying dispatch schedules

• Able to pass required screening and training
