Our company Specialized Solutions is looking for independent contractor teams, whether lease purchase or owner-operator, to run specialty freight on a dedicated lane out of Chicago, IL. You'll run a 2-4 year low-cost lease and keep the earnings from your own work, backed by a Specialized fleet with under 30% turnover and strong support staff.
Home time
- Weekly home time, 1.5 days off
- Contractors are expected to stay in service 48 weeks per year
What you'll haul
- Dedicated lane running out of Chicago, IL
- No-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook and some live load/unload
- Automatic transmission trucks
Pay
- All miles paid, at $1.56 CPM based on 2025 averages, which moves with the fuel surcharge
- Average of 4303 miles per week to the truck
- Estimated gross of $9,300 per week to the truck, or $448,000 per year to the truck
- $6,000 sign-on bonus paid to the truck
- Tolls covered 100%
- Fuel discount of $0.18 per gallon
- Lease expense runs lower than the industry average
- Freight is steady and growing

Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- CDL-A with at least 6 months of OTR experience
