CDL-A Team OTR Truck Driver — Home Bi-Weekly, $1,750/wk Avg

Our company needs a CDL-A team to run a new OTR fleet out of Dallas, TX, hauling consistent, time-sensitive dry freight through TX, CA, AZ, TN, GA, and NV. You'll be home every two weeks.

Pay

• Teams average $1,750 per driver per week

• Trip pay runs $0.64 to $0.84 CPM (split pay), based on route and experience

• $25 paid for each stop

• $10,000 sign-on bonus split between drivers, paid in $500 increments every 10,000 miles (only for teams newly hired together)

Home time

• Bi-weekly home time

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight that's time-sensitive, with steady mileage

• Expect to average around 5,000 miles per week as a team

• You'll need to carry ratchet straps, and some loads may require an escort

• Strong backing skills are a must

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• At least 3 months of driving experience

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state, or local rule

• No more than 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction for possessing, transporting, or using Schedule 1 drugs on duty within the last 3 years
