CDL-A Team OTR Truck Driver — $1.00+/Mile, No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers for coast-to-coast OTR runs, out 3 weeks at a time. Trucks have no driver-facing cameras, and pay starts at $1 CPM or more, with an effective rate up to $1.10 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included.

Pay

• $1.00 to $1.00 per mile base wage

• Effective rate up to $1.10 CPM when you add accessorial pay and bonuses

• All practical miles paid, loaded and empty

• Extra pay for detention, breakdown, layover and more

• Top teams can bring in $100,000 to $120,000 or more per driver each year

Schedule and routes

• Over-the-road, 3 weeks out at a time

• Coast-to-coast runs

• Steady freight to keep you moving

Equipment

• Newer trucks equipped with APUs, inverters and refrigerators

• EZ-Pass, PrePass and Bestpass included in every truck

Requirements

• CDL Class A with at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (tanker is for totes, not trailers)

• Clean driving record for the past 5 years: no leaving the scene of an accident, no speeding 15 mph or more over the limit, no reckless or careless driving, no DUI/DWI

• No drug-related convictions, positive tests or refusals in the last 5 years

• No felony convictions in the last 10 years

• Verifiable work history covering the last 3 years

• Full MVR and background checks are run on all applicants
