CDL-A Team OTR Driver — $0.70–$0.82/Mile, Drop & Hook

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A team drivers to run Over-The-Road routes out of the Dallas, TX FedEx Ground Hub. Current FedEx drivers and established teams are welcome to apply. If you live outside Dallas, there's a separate contractor arrangement described below.

Pay

• $0.70 to $0.82 per mile, depending on experience

• Teams typically run 5,000+ miles weekly

• Paid every week

What you'll haul

• FedEx Ground loads on high-utilization lanes

• Drop and hook only, no touch freight

• Clean freight with a modern, well-kept fleet

Home time

• Team schedules are flexible, including "Wild Teams" setups

• Time off is worked out with you in advance

• Dispatch aims to work around your hours and safety needs

Equipment

• Newer Volvo and Peterbilt sleeper trucks

• Automatic transmissions

• Fridge/freezer and microwave onboard

Requirements

• Current CDL-A license

• Doubles (T) endorsement

• At least 2 years of OTR Class-A combination driving experience

• Minimum age 23

• Current DOT physical

• Clean driving record

• Team driving only, no solo positions available

Contractor option

For drivers outside the Dallas area, a separate 90-day contract role is available (with possible rotation extension):

• W2 employee status

• $0.70 per mile, averaging 5,000 miles weekly

• $1,000 one-time bonus

• No benefits or lodging included, but a flight allowance is provided for home time
