CDL-A Team OTR Driver — $0.45 CPM per Driver, Home Every 5–7 Days

SPR Logistics, a FedEx Linehaul contractor based in Fort Worth, TX, is looking for an experienced team driver with a Doubles/Triples endorsement for an OTR tractor-trailer run. You'll run as part of a two-person team, spending 5 to 7 days on the road before getting 34 hours at home to reset.

Pay

• The tractor splits at $0.90 CPM, which works out to $0.45 CPM for each driver

• This rate applies to the first 4,000 miles

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,800.00 to $2,500.00

• No detention pay is offered, so on-time delivery and dependability matter for this role

Home time

Expect 5 to 7 days out, then 34 hours back home before your next run.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• Current Doubles/Triples endorsement

• Prior OTR experience

• Willingness to drive as part of a team and spend extended periods on the road

• Dependable, with a strong record of on-time deliveries
