CDL-A Team Linehaul Driver — Approximately $2,100+/Week per Driver

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A team drivers to run FedEx Ground linehaul routes out of Kansas City, MO. The work is terminal-to-terminal OTR team driving with no-touch freight and steady, year-round miles on modern equipment.

Pay

• Each driver can earn approximately $2,100+ per week

• Starting rate of $0.85 CPM per driver

• Average of 2,500+ miles per week per driver

• Sign-on bonus available

• Referral bonus available

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time

Home time varies by route, so flexibility depends on the specific run you're assigned.

What you'll haul

• FedEx Ground linehaul freight, terminal to terminal

• 100% no-touch freight

• Drop and hook setups

• Doubles configurations

• Dispatch support available around the clock

Equipment

• Volvo 860 trucks

• Equipped with inverter, fridge and GPS

• Bunk heater and A/C included

• Fleet is kept well maintained

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles/Triples endorsement required

• At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 5 years of experience within the last 10 years

• Driving record free of major violations

• Current DOT medical card

• Must satisfy FedEx Ground's qualification standards

• Background check and employment verification required

• Must pass a drug screening

• Previous FedEx Ground experience or an active FedEx badge is a plus

What the job involves

• Driving safely as part of a two-person team

• Running assigned FedEx Ground linehaul routes

• Following DOT and company safety rules

• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keeping the truck clean and well cared for

• Staying in touch with dispatch as needed
