CDL-A Team Driver — Home Weekly, $0.75–$0.85/mi

Our company needs CDL-A team drivers to run a dedicated FedEx rotation out of Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, pulling doubles in 53' dry vans. They're also looking for team floaters to jump in on dedicated runs as they open up.

Routes and schedule

Most teams head out Monday or Tuesday and stay on the road for 5-6 days, covering roughly 4,000-7,000 miles a week. You'll be brought home once a week so the truck can get checked over and any maintenance handled, keeping downtime low and keeping you moving.

Equipment

You'll run late-model, owner-operator-spec trucks under 600,000 miles, equipped with refrigerators, upgraded mattresses, and heated/cooled leather seats. No doubles endorsement? They'll train you hands-on and get you certified before you hit the road.

Pay

You're paid $0.75-$0.85 per mile, on a weekly W-2 paycheck. There are 3 bonuses paid out each year, plus annual raises.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 1 year of driving experience within the last 3 years, and 3 years within the last 5

• Or 6 months of experience plus a completion certificate from a FedEx-approved driving school (let them know which school and they'll confirm approval)

• Must pass a background check
