OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Lease-to-Own or $2,000/wk Guaranteed

This reefer-only carrier is hiring CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs through the Midwest, South and Northeast (nothing west of I-25). You can work as a company driver or move into a lease-to-own truck program.

Pay

• Company drivers pick either a flat $2,000 guaranteed weekly rate or $0.75 per mile on all loaded and empty miles

• Lease-purchase drivers keep 75% of gross revenue, covering only their truck payment, fuel and tolls; weekly truck payments run $500 to $1,000 depending on the truck's age and mileage

• Lease drivers typically net $2,000 to $6,000 a week after expenses, with bonuses for clean DOT inspections

• Everyone is paid by direct deposit every Friday on a 1099

What you'll haul

• 53-foot refrigerated trailers, no-touch freight, consistent reefer miles

Lease program details

• Lease-to-own 2020-2026 Freightliner Cascadia or Mack Anthem trucks

• No money down, no credit check, no balloon payments, no added mileage penalties or interest

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A, additional endorsements a plus

• 2 years of tractor-trailer experience

• Experience hauling refrigerated freight

• Strong safety record and knowledge of DOT rules
