CDL-A Tanker Transport Driver — $110,000–$130,000/yr

Our company is looking for a CDL-A Transport Driver to move fuel between terminals, facilities and customer sites in Orla, TX. You'll handle hazardous materials safely while keeping accurate records and strong communication with logistics and field teams.

Pay

• $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

What you'll haul

• Fuel loads moved between terminals, stores, wholesale sites and retail customer tanks

• Loading and unloading done under company and terminal hazmat guidelines

What you'll do

• Check your truck and trailer before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical problems

• Keep electronic and paper logs current, along with delivery tickets and bills of lading

• Log load details in the electronic system as you load and deliver

• Flag customer issues or safety concerns to logistics and field management

• Respond to and report fuel spills promptly and safely

• Keep your equipment clean and represent the company professionally with coworkers, terminal staff and customers

• Follow all applicable rules and regulations, plus other tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least 3 years of experience driving a combination vehicle

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past three years

• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements (doubles endorsement where required; hazmat not needed for DEF transport)

• Current DOT medical certificate, plus any required terminal access credentials such as a TWIC card

• Working knowledge of DOT, EPA, OSHA and FMCSA rules

• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and comfort working independently with a customer-service mindset

• English required
