CDL-A Tanker/Hazmat Driver — $28.00–$31.00/hr

American Welding & Gas is hiring a full-time CDL-A driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements for its Willmar, MN location. You'll deliver cylinders and bulk gas products to customers and branch locations using a combination tractor-trailer.

Pay

• $28.00 to $31.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Expect to be on the road overnight 1-2 nights per week

What you'll do

• Deliver gas cylinders and bulk products to customers and between branches

• Load and unload the truck, handling cylinders and supplies weighing 50-100 lbs

• Keep accurate inventory records and complete required paperwork

• Make sure the truck carries correct placards and labels

• Follow CGMP, Hazmat, OSHA and DOT rules

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep electronic trip logs

• Keep the truck and work area clean

• Meet delivery schedules set by your manager

Requirements

• CDL Class A with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements

• High school diploma or GED

• Clean driving record for at least 3 years

• Able to lift 75-100 lbs

• Comfortable using computers

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, physical and a company road test
