About this job
Our company in Juda, WI is adding two trucks and looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run dedicated food-grade tanker routes with frequent home time. This is a no-touch freight operation with newer glider Peterbilts, manual transmissions, and well-maintained gear.
Pay
Pay works out to 26% of gross load pay, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for joining. The company says current drivers are earning over $100k a year.
Home time
You'll be routed back home several times each week rather than sitting out for long stretches.
What you'll haul
All loads are food-grade tanker freight, hands-off for the driver, picked up and dropped at dairies. You'll be responsible for washing the truck and trailer weekly while there.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Tanker endorsement
- At least 4 years of driving experience
- Comfortable doing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Professional with customers and coworkers
- Reliable on-time load completion
