CDL-A Specialized OTR Driver — $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Our company's specialized division is hiring CDL-A drivers to haul Club Car golf cars on custom decking trailers to golf courses across the U.S. and Canada. This OTR role pays well above standard freight because of the specialized equipment involved.

Pay

• Starting pay ranges from $0.60-$0.62 CPM depending on experience, with a separate posted rate of $0.67 per mile

• Average weekly earnings are $1,734, with top performers reaching $2,025 per week

• You'll earn $4 per loaded or unloaded car for drop pay, plus $30 per stop

• First dispatch includes $1,000 in orientation pay

• A $2,000 hiring bonus is offered

• Pay is issued weekly

• Referring another driver earns you $3,000

Home time

Expect to be out 10-14 days at a time, depending on your location.

What you'll haul

You'll transport Club Car golf cars on specialized custom decking trailers, delivering to golf courses nationwide. This specialized freight is part of why the pay is higher than typical truckload work.

Equipment

• Trucks are no more than 3 years old, with an average fleet age of 16 months

• You'll drive a Volvo 860 or Freightliner Cascadia, equipped with a refrigerator, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and a built-in inverter

Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional experience driving CDL-A trucks

• A steady work history

• A clean driving record
