CDL-A Solo OTR Truck Driver — $0.70/Loaded Mile, $2,000 Sign-On

Forward Air Freight is looking for a solo CDL-A driver for terminal-to-terminal drop and hook runs. Expect steady freight, dependable pay, and newer trucks built for comfort on the road.

Pay

• Earn $0.70 for every loaded mile

• Typical weekly take-home runs between $1,400 and $1,700

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• Get a $2,000 bonus when you sign on

• Fuel card provided by the company

Home time

• Plan on being out at least 21 days per trip

• You'll bank one day of home time for every week spent on the road

What you'll haul

• Drop and hook freight moving terminal to terminal

• Drive a 2025 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with a 72-inch double bunk sleeper and APU

• Ride-along program available for passengers

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Minimum six months of tractor-trailer OTR experience

• Must be 23 or older

• Clean driving record and able to clear a background check

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• DMV Self Certification must be set to Non Excepted Interstate
