CDL-A Solo & Team OTR Driver — Up to $1800/Week, $5,000–$12,500 Sign-On

Our company is looking for Class A CDL solo and team OTR drivers to run repetitive Central States lanes out of Laredo, TX, with no East or West Coast travel. Freight is 53' dry van, mostly drop and hook, and no-touch.

Pay

• Earn up to $1800 weekly under the new pay package

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers

• $12,500 sign-on bonus for team drivers

• Monthly safety bonus

• Driver referral bonus up to $3,500 per driver referred, with no cap on how many you refer

• Paid for both loaded and empty miles, calculated on practical miles

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• Tolls and scales paid

Home time

What you'll haul

• 53' dry van fleet

• 90% drop and hook, 100% no-touch freight

• Average 3,000 miles per week

• Newer Volvo trucks (2022-2025) equipped with refrigerators and inverters

• Omnitracs e-logs and in-cab scanners

• Passenger ride-along program available

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of recent, verifiable OTR driving experience across multiple states

Our company moves freight door-to-door between Mexico, southwest Texas, the Midwest, Detroit and Canada, and has been recognized for several years as a top trucking company for women to work at. Drivers with a criminal record are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, on-the-road position paying between $80,000 and $90,000 per year.
