About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for shuttle runs out of Key West, FL. You will pull doubles, and possibly triples, between the our company facility and shuttle yards, and you are home every day.
What you'll do
- Drive a tractor-trailer with doubles (sometimes triples) from the our company facility to the shuttle yards.
- Now and then, unload and deliver product to customers on an assigned route schedule.
Requirements
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You hold a valid Class A CDL and your driving record meets the company's insurance standards.
- A doubles/triples endorsement is preferred.
- You can pass employment testing.
- You can read and speak English well enough to talk with the public, follow traffic signs and signals, answer official questions and fill out reports and records.
- The job involves handling freight: expect to move product averaging 40-60 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
