J.B. Hunt's Final Mile Services team is looking for semi-local CDL-A drivers in Stone Mountain, GA. You'll get frequent home time, a steady schedule, and pay that grows with your productivity.

Pay

You're paid hourly for all hours worked, plus an activity-based amount calculated as: Activity Based Total minus Hourly Pay equals Activity Based Payment Amount. This rewards drivers who get more done and lets you boost your own earnings.

• Average annual earnings: $70,000

• Average weekly gross: $1,346.15

• Average yearly gross: $70,000.00

• Per-mile rate: $0.47-$0.50 CPM

• Drop/hook pay: $11.00 per stop

• Stop pay: $17.00 per stop

• Holiday pay: $140.00 per day

• Safety training pay: $20.00 per hour

• Trainer pay: $25.00 per day

Actual yearly earnings can vary depending on how many activities you complete, training finished, paid breaks, endorsements held, time with the company, equipment type, and how many days you work each week. Some positions may also qualify for performance or profitability-based bonuses.

Home time

This is a semi-local route with frequent home time, so you're home daily rather than out for extended stretches.

Requirements

You'll need a Class A CDL. Day-to-day duties can include interacting with customer staff, dealing with the public at truck stops and rest areas, and going into customers' homes to complete deliveries, so expect variation depending on the route.
