CDL-A Self-Dispatch Driver — 30% Pay, Same Day Pay

Our company is a Georgia-based full truckload carrier offering a self-dispatch driving role where you source and book your own freight using company-provided load board access. You negotiate directly with brokers and see the real rate confirmation on every load.

Pay

• You earn 30% of your negotiated rate, plus 75% of accessorial charges

• Paid the same day you deliver, with no fees and nothing held in escrow

• Weekly fuel bonus and a monthly safety bonus

• Listed pay range: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week

• This is a 1099 contract role; the only deduction is Occupational Accident Insurance at $91/month

What you'll haul

• Full truckload freight sourced from the national spot market

• You get company-paid subscriptions to DAT and direct broker load boards so you can pick your own loads and lanes

Equipment

• Newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors, model years 2020 to 2027

• 72-inch raised-roof sleepers equipped with refrigerators, power inverters and APUs

• 53-foot air ride dry van trailers, no older than 10 years

• Trucks come with Motive ELD, EZ Pass toll transponder and PrePass weigh station bypass

• Company accounts set up at CAT Scale and Blue Beacon

Requirements

• At least 5 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience

• At least 2 years of over-the-road experience

• A proven track record of safely running similar trucks and freight

• A steady work history showing long stretches with the same employer

• Comfortable booking your own loads and working with DAT load boards

• A professional, positive approach to the job

• Former owner-operators are welcome to apply

• SAP drivers are not eligible

• You should live in or be able to travel to Suwanee, GA for orientation
