CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company is looking for a regional CDL-A tractor-trailer driver based out of Sparks, NV. You'll run Western US regional overnight routes, hauling no-touch freight, with consecutive days off every week.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• You're paid a fixed per-mile rate of $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, with average annual mileage ranging from 62,355 - 196,040 miles (actual pay depends on location and miles driven).

• Certain tasks (like hooking, live loads/unloads, layovers, weekend miles, bridge pay and more) pay mileage rate plus activity pay; others (like breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time) pay activity pay only.

• Average Day's Pay (ADP) of $240 per day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement and jury duty.

• You'll also get quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises.

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on optimized Western US regional overnight routes, following traffic laws and local restrictions to keep deliveries on schedule.

What the job involves

• Planning your day and working with your team to keep loads moving safely and on time.

• Completing paperwork and electronic logs correctly, following all DOT, state and company rules.

• Inspecting your tractor-trailer before, during and after trips.

• Maintaining our company's safety and professionalism standards on every run.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (cleared background check), or willingness to get the Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire.

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program.

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (personal or commercial vehicle).

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years.

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injuries requiring treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years.

• No preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury on your driving record.

• You must live within 250 miles of the Sparks, NV facility, or be willing to move within that range within 90 days of hire.
