CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company is growing its private fleet in Mankato, MN and looking for a CDL-A tractor-trailer driver for a regional route. You're paid for more than just miles, work predictable schedules, and run modern no-touch freight.

Pay

• Mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.69 per mile, with average annual miles between 62,355 and 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven)

• Extra activity pay on top of mileage for things like hooking, live loads and unloads, layovers, weekend miles, chaining, bridge pay, and evening shift premiums

• Flat activity pay only (no mileage) for situations like accidents, breakdowns, weather or road closures, cleaning a rejected trailer, no tractor available, hitting hours limits, snow removal, undocking trailers, trailer weight problems, and wait time

• Average Day's Pay of $240 applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, and full-day our company events

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year; local drivers (home every night) can earn up to $87,000 and are a separate role from this one

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises

• Up to four paid safety days per year

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• Optimized routes, following traffic laws and local restrictions to keep deliveries on time

What the job involves

• Operating your tractor-trailer safely, with pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections

• Planning your day, coordinating with your team, and adjusting to changes on the road

• Keeping accurate paperwork and electronic logs per DOT, state, and company rules

• Upholding safety, integrity, and professional standards on every trip

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (cleared background check) — or willingness to obtain it within 120 days of hire

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 3 years (or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program)

• No more than 2 moving violations in a personal or commercial vehicle in the last 3 years

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable accidents in a personal or commercial vehicle in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in a commercial vehicle in the last 10 years

• No preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury, ever, in personal or commercial driving history

• Must live within 250 miles of the Mankato, MN facility, or be willing to relocate within that radius within 90 days of hire
