CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company's private fleet is looking for a Class A CDL regional driver to run out of Gas City, IN. You'll haul no-touch freight on predictable routes, get home every week, and earn pay for more than just the miles you drive.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• Base pay is a per-mile rate of $0.55-$0.69, plus extra activity pay for things like hooking, loading/unloading, layovers, bridge crossings, evening shifts, and weekend mileage.

• Some activities (such as accidents, breakdowns, weather delays, wait time, or trailer issues) are paid as activity pay only, without a mileage component.

• Average mileage driven ranges from 62,355 to 196,040 miles, though actual pay and miles depend on your location and routes.

• You may also receive Average Daily Pay of $240 per day for qualifying events like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, or jury duty.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package.

Home time

• You're home every week, with consecutive days off guaranteed.

What you'll haul

• Freight is no-touch, so you won't be loading or unloading it yourself.

• Routes are optimized for legal compliance and on-time performance, and you'll help plan your day and coordinate with your team to keep things moving.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to get one, with a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire).

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or completion of our company's Fleet Development Academy Program.

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time.

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years, and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents (ones involving disabling damage or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years.

• No history of a preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury, personal or commercial.

• You must live within 250 miles of the Gas City, IN facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire.

• Preventability of any accident is judged by our company using ATA Guidelines.
