CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for a regional CDL-A truck driver to run Western US routes out of Hermiston, OR. You'll get home every week with consecutive days off, haul no-touch freight, and have a clear path to strong first-year earnings.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in year one.

• You're paid a fixed per-mile rate of $0.55-$0.69, with average annual mileage ranging from 62,355 to 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven).

• Certain tasks (like hooking, live loads/unloads, layovers, bridge crossings, weekend miles and evening shifts) pay mileage rate plus activity pay; others (like breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time) pay activity rate only.

• Average Day's Pay of $240/day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement and jury duty.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package.

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries across Western US regional routes.

• You'll plan your day, coordinate with your team, keep accurate logs and paperwork, inspect your tractor-trailer at each stage of the trip, and follow DOT and company safety rules while running efficient routes.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain it (with cleared background check) within 120 days of hire.

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years, or completion of our company's Fleet Development Academy.

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles over the past 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time.

• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years, no preventable DOT-recordable crashes in the last 10 years, and no preventable accident involving a fatality or catastrophic injury on your record.

• Must live within 250 miles of the Hermiston, OR facility, or be willing to relocate within that radius within 90 days of hire.
