CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year + $10,000 Sign-On

Our company's private fleet is looking for a Class A CDL driver to run regional routes out of Seymour, IN. You'll get predictable time at home, modern equipment, and pay that covers more than just your miles.

Pay

• Mileage rate of $0.55-$0.69 per mile, with average annual miles between 62,355 and 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven)

• Extra activity pay on top of mileage for things like hooking, live loads and unloads, layovers, stops, weekend miles, bridge pay, chain pay, and evening shift premiums

• Activity-only pay for situations like breakdowns, accidents, weather closures, wait time, and similar non-driving events

• Average Day's Pay of $240/day applies for PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, and full-day our company events

• First-year regional drivers can earn up to $110,000

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual pay raises

Home time

• Home weekly, with consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on regional lanes

What you'll do

• Plan your route and schedule, coordinate with your team, and keep freight moving safely and on time

• Complete all logs and paperwork correctly, following DOT and company rules

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips

• Drive efficient routes that follow traffic laws and local restrictions

• Represent our company's safety and professionalism standards on every trip

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or ability to get one, with a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire)

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy)

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles in the last 3 years

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years

• No preventable accident involving a fatality or catastrophic injury on your record

• Must live within 250 miles of the Seymour, IN facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire
