About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for Midwest regional dry van freight, running out of their Willowbrook, Illinois trucks. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with your choice of pay structure.
Pay
- Choose $0.80 per mile or 30% of gross
- Typically 2,600-3,200 miles per week
- At 80 CPM, estimated weekly earnings of $2,400-$2,800
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Home time
- Minimum 2 weeks on the road at a time
- Home-time schedule discussed before you start
What you'll haul
- Midwest regional dry van freight only, no East Coast, West Coast, or Florida runs
- No-touch freight with drop & hook loads
- Newer 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadias with APU, refrigerator, and inverter
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of OTR driving experience
- Clean driving record meeting company safety standards
- Able to pass a DOT drug test
- Willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Willing to be out a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
