About this job

Our company, a small Minnesota trucking company, is looking for a dependable CDL-A driver to run Midwest regional routes. This full-time role pays by commission and the company emphasizes respectful communication and valuing its drivers.

Pay

  • You earn 28–30% commission on weekly truck revenue, paid on time each week. Your exact percentage gets confirmed before you're hired.
  • Based on the company's typical weekly truck revenue of $8,000–$9,000, that works out to roughly $2,240–$2,700 per week at the 28–30% rate. Your actual pay depends on revenue and your commission rate, and these numbers aren't guaranteed.

Home time

Home time is worked out with the team, and your specific schedule gets discussed before you start.

What you'll haul

You'll run regional freight routes throughout the Midwest.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A, plus any endorsements needed for the semi-truck equipment you're assigned
  • Must meet standard driver qualification rules
  • No more than one moving violation on your driving record, which will be reviewed as part of the hiring process
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and a clear communicator
  • Available to run Midwest regional trips on the agreed schedule

On the job, you'll be expected to inspect your vehicle, report any equipment or safety issues right away, keep accurate logs and paperwork, and stay in touch with dispatch about pickups, deliveries, and delays. Treating customers and teammates with respect matters here.

The hiring carrier's name is shared with you once you apply through the DriverRoll app, where you can message them directly.
