CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Home Weekly, Up to $110k Annually

Run a dedicated regional account out of Cowpens, SC, hauling Dollar Tree freight to stores across nine southeastern states, with a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home every week.

Routes and freight

• Every load originates at the distribution center in Cowpens, SC and delivers to stores in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio

• Expect about 3 loads a week, each with three stops, averaging roughly 1,100 miles weekly

• You'll hand-unload trailers at stores using rollers, so this suits drivers who don't mind physical work along with driving

• Backhauls to the distribution center are usually no-touch live loads

Home time

• You're home every week after a 34-hour reset

• Days off fall on either Friday night through Saturday, or Saturday night through Sunday

Equipment

• Late-model sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, part of one of the newer fleets on the road

• 53' dry van trailers

• Park your truck at home if you have a safe, secure spot, or use the company's parking near Cowpens if you live close by

Pay

• Annual pay up to $110,000, with weekly and yearly figures based on drivers with 1+ years of experience

• Layover pay: $200 per day for a 24-hour layover

• Breakdown pay: $200 per day for a 24-hour breakdown

• Retraining pay: $200 per day

• Backhaul pickup: $25 per load

• St George backhaul pickup: $15 per load, plus $15 for dunnage

• Mentor pay: $50 per day, up to $250 per week

• Mentor road test pay: $50 per test

• Clean DOT inspection bonus: $25

• Safe and on-time bonus: up to 3% weekly

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• At least 3 months of recent Class A CDL driving experience

• A secure place to park your truck at or near home
