Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers to run Midwest regional routes out of Hammond, Indiana. Both newly licensed and experienced drivers are welcome, with steady freight and a path toward higher pay over time.
Pay
- Base rate of $0.56 per mile, with up to $0.08 per mile in performance bonus available
- Paid training pays $850 per week
- Your first three months come with a $1,000 weekly pay guarantee
Home time
- You'll be home every weekend

- Regional freight with mostly drop-and-hook loads, giving you consistent, dependable miles
Requirements
- You must hold a valid Class A CDL
- A clean driving record and steady work history are expected
- You'll need to complete paid training
