About this job
Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers, including entry-level candidates, to run Midwest regional routes out of Brownsburg, Indiana. You'll get steady freight, weekends off, and a pay structure built to support new and experienced drivers alike.
Pay
- Base rate of $0.56 per loaded mile
- Performance bonus of up to $0.08 per mile on top of base pay
- Paid training compensated at $850 per week
- Guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during your first three months
Home time
- You'll be home every weekend

- Regional Midwest freight with consistent, reliable loads
- Mostly drop-and-hook, minimizing touch freight
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Clean driving history and steady work record
- Must be willing to complete paid training
