About this job
Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers, including entry-level candidates, to run Midwest regional routes out of Alsip, Illinois. You'll get steady freight, dependable home time, and room to grow your pay over time.
Pay
- Base rate of $0.56 per mile, with up to $0.08 per mile available as a performance bonus
- Paid training period pays $850 per week
- Guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for your first three months on the job
Home time
- You'll be home every weekend

- Mostly drop-and-hook loads, so less time spent waiting to load or unload
- Consistent freight and mileage on Midwest regional lanes
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- A clean, dependable driving and work history
- Must be willing to go through paid training
