CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — 27–30% of Gross Pay

Our company is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for over-the-road routes, with pay based on a share of your truck's weekly gross revenue.

Pay

• You earn 27% of your truck's weekly gross revenue if you run under 3,200 miles, or 30% if you hit 3,200 miles or more

• Settlements are issued weekly

• The company estimates this works out to about $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per week, depending on mileage

• Dispatch aims to keep you loaded and moving to limit downtime, and unusual delays or equipment problems are looked at case by case

What you'll haul

• OTR runs in a Class A tractor-trailer, with mileage targets that respect legal Hours of Service rules

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT qualification standards

• Comfortable with over-the-road travel and solid communication skills

• Willing to travel roughly 75% of the time (preferred)

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep electronic logs accurate and stay compliant with DOT/FMCSA rules

• Stay in regular contact with dispatch and operations

• Deliver and pick up freight safely and on schedule

• Flag any equipment trouble or delays right away
