CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for a Regional CDL-A driver to run dedicated lanes out of the Elizabethtown/York, PA area. You'll get consistent freight, weekly home time and a sizable sign-on bonus to start.

Pay

• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in equal weekly amounts over your first 26 weeks (must start by May 8th, 2026)

• Starting rate of $.65 cpm, loaded and empty

• Extra $.03 cpm once you hit 2,400+ miles in a week

• Typical weekly earnings between $1,430 and $1,700

• Yearly pay raises, with increases guaranteed

• Extra pay available for detention, breakdowns, stop-offs, live loads, NYC runs and on-the-road resets

Home time

• Out on the road 5 to 5.5 days at a stretch

• Home for 34 to 48 hours each week

• Averaging 2,200-2,500 miles weekly

What you'll haul

• Dedicated customers with freight lanes you'll get to know well

• Routes cover MA, ME, upstate NY, NH, RI, CT, VT, NJ, PA and MD, with occasional runs to VA and OH

• About 70% of freight is drop and hook

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 9 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years

• Background in Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker freight

• Clean, safe driving history
