CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, Up to $110,000/Year

Our company's private fleet is hiring a CDL-A driver for regional runs out of Beaver Dam, WI. You'll get paid for more than just miles, with a predictable schedule, modern trucks and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay

• First-year regional earnings of up to $110,000

• Mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.69 per mile, with average annual miles between 62,355 and 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven)

• Extra activity pay on top of mileage for things like hooking, live loads and unloads, layovers, weekend miles, bridge pay and evening shift work

• Activity-only pay for situations such as breakdowns, bad weather, accidents, or waiting time

• Average Day's Pay of $240, used for PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement and jury duty

• Quarterly safety bonuses and yearly raises

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries

• Routes planned to cut delays and keep on-time performance strong

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a Hazmat endorsement, including a cleared background check (or you can obtain the endorsement within 120 days of hire)

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy

• No more than 2 moving violations in a personal or commercial vehicle over the past 3 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 10 years

• No history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury

• You must live within 250 miles of the Beaver Dam facility, or be willing to relocate there within 90 days of hire
