About this job
Our company Inc. is looking for a CDL-A driver to run regional routes between Pittsburgh and Buffalo, switching between van and tanker trailers. You'll be home every night, except for weather or operational delays that might come up.
Pay
- $35.00/hr
Schedule
- 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday
- 10 hour shifts
What you'll haul
- Company-operated runs hauling used cooking oil for biodiesel production
- You'll swap between van and tanker trailers as needed in the regional area
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with tanker endorsement
- At least 5 years of tractor-trailer experience or 500,000 safe miles, including 18-speed manual transmission
- Basic preventative maintenance knowledge is a plus
- Clean driving record that meets the company's insurance standards
- Able to pass drug testing (the company follows the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act)
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable and hardworking
